Foster Report Udpate

They tell us; Bella is daytime potty-trained. She loves to help you gather your items if you need something. She likes answering the door to greet people and always finds friends to play with. She gets along with everyone. She can hold her bowl and use chopsticks to eat her food. She likes to climb stairs. She can get ready for bed, at bed-time with her Pj's. ;o)

Bella's Care Package

Bella Xiao Han will also receive a fresh-handmade-birthday-cake with this package. It is made in her local province-- We wanted her and her foster family to be able to celebrate her Birthday. And for them and her to know we miss & love her, and to thank them for caring for Bella while the paperwork process is drawing to a completion,-- as we wait... Bella is turning 5!

Dinner, anyone?

Tonight for dinner, we had our first recipe from Athena's Christmas present cookbook-- we had Broiled Shrimp w/Vegetable Kebabs; served with Horseradish-Herb-Sour cream Sauce and Stir-Fry Fried Rice. The kids helped gather all the ingredients and even loaded the Kebabs--they had a great time. Yummy! They turned out delicious. P.S. **Mom's on clean-up duty tonight, since the kids cooked--they loved that part. :)

Hannah turned 10!
